How will I receive my book?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files any time from your order confirmation page. No waiting, no shipping — your book is ready instantly.
What file formats do you provide?
Each purchase includes two files: an EPUB and a PDF. The EPUB is ideal for reading on e-readers and apps, while the PDF is perfect for reading on screen or printing at home.
How do I open the e-book on my device?
For the EPUB: open it with Apple Books (iPhone/iPad/Mac), Google Play Books (Android), or any EPUB-compatible reader app.
For the PDF: open it with any PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat, Preview (Mac), or your browser's built-in PDF viewer.
Is there a download limit?
Buy it once. Own it forever. There is no limit on the number of times you can download your files. Your download link will always be available in your order confirmation email.
Can I share the files?
NOT FOR SALE. The e-books are provided for personal use and are not for resale or commercial distribution.
NO MODIFICATIONS. The e-books must not be edited, altered, or modified in any way.
SHARING & USAGE. You are welcome to share your files directly with your family and close friends. However, the e-books are not for sharing in a public manner—please DO NOT post it publicly, upload it to social media, or share it in online groups. For the purposes of education, review, or critique, excerpts and content may be used freely, provided proper credit is given to the author.
What is the return policy?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help. [LINK TO REFUND POLICY]
I didn't receive my download email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, make sure the email address on your order is correct. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll resend your download link right away.
Can I print the book?
Yes! The PDF version is formatted to print beautifully at home or at a print shop. It's yours to print as many copies as you need for your own personal use.
What if I lose access to my files?
Keep your order confirmation email safe — it contains your download link. If you ever lose access, reach out to us with your order details and we'll help you retrieve your files.
